Watching the lifeguards chase after every guest bringing in drinks seemed way out of line compared to other resorts we have stayed at. Even though no one had said anything about outside drinks during out first three days at the pool, I could understand the rationale for this if the pool bar was open to order from, but it was closed until later in the day. Upon entry into the tower pool area, we were confronted by a lifeguard who stated that outside food and drinks were not allowed within the pool area.
We decided we would spend the last full day at the tower pool with the kids. While overall, our family had a good time, our four night stay was marred by treatment exhibited by staff and management on our last day.
